Medical Disclaimer
Prescriptions and advice provided are based on online consultations and may differ from those provided in person. Our services are not a substitute for emergency healthcare. In case of emergencies, contact an ambulance service or hospital directly.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- 1. Service Disruption: Technical issues that prevent telemedicine or other online services from being delivered.
- 2. Incorrect Charges: Billing errors or duplicate payments.
- 3. Provider Unavailability: Services canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.
Steps to Apply for a Refund:
Submit your refund request through our support portal or email at healthfirstpriority2023@gmail.com.
Include the following details:
Order/Appointment ID.
Payment receipt.
Reason for the refund request.
Processing Time:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been initiated.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule services like consultations or diagnostic bookings under the following guidelines:
1.Telemedicine Consultations:
Can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Full refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations.
2. Diagnostic Tests:
Appointments canceled before the technician is dispatched are eligible for a full refund.
Note: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time will not qualify for refunds.
Pricing
All pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR).
Shipping Policy
Although HealthFirstPriority specializes in digital healthcare services, we deliver certain physical products like diagnostic kits or health monitoring devices.
Shipping Guidelines
Delivery Timeframe:
Major Cities: Delivery within 3-5 working days.
Other Areas: Delivery within 7-10 working days.
Remote locations may take up to 15 working days.
Shipping Charges:
Orders over ₹500: Free shipping.
Orders below ₹500: A flat shipping fee of ₹50
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
Customers can monitor delivery progress through the tracking link.
Communications
We may send notifications, updates, and promotional materials related to your consultations and our services.
Prohibited Conduct
- Refrain from using abusive language on the Platform.
- Not raise personal queries unrelated to specific diseases or medicines.
- Share images or videos with practitioners only if necessary and through the Platform.
